How can we help?
Honest answers to the questions we hear most — and a real person at the other end when you need one.

General
Usage and performance data — today tied to a device identifier — so we can fix problems and understand what works. Lucubra LLC does not sell your data and uses no third-party ad tracking.
Our apps are free, so there’s nothing to pay for and nothing to refund. If we ever offer anything paid, it would go through your app store’s checkout — and you’d request any refund there, not from us.
Yes — a real person reads everything. Use the form below, or email us directly at support@lucubrastudio.com. We aim to reply within a few working days.
EyesLikeMe
EyesLikeMe is coming soon — here’s how it will work.
No. EyesLikeMe is a color-vision screening, not a medical diagnosis. It estimates a likely type, severity, and confidence. When confidence is low, the app recommends a professional evaluation from an eye-care specialist.
No. Camera frames are processed entirely on your device in real time and are never recorded or uploaded anywhere. The live simulation happens locally on your phone.
Yes — sharing is built in: you’ll be able to send a profile link so friends, family, or colleagues can experience your color vision for themselves.
White Noise HD
Yes. You can play, pause, and switch sounds right from your wrist — your phone can stay across the room. It works on iPhone and iPad too.
Only if you want it to. Set the sleep timer and the sound fades out gently on its own as you drift off, so nothing wakes you later.
Still stuck? Send us a note.
Something off in EyesLikeMe?
Report it from right here. Say what happened, add a screenshot if you have one, and leave an email if you’d like a reply. It reaches the team with a number you can quote.
For anything else, tell us what you ran into and we’ll get back to you. Prefer email? Reach us at support@lucubrastudio.com.
